Service-Based Nature
All services provided by Smart Systems LLC are custom and project-based, involving time, expertise, and resource allocation. Therefore, refunds are limited and subject to the terms below.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:
- If the project has not been started after payment
- If cancellation is requested within 48 hours of initial payment
- If we are unable to deliver the agreed service due to internal limitations
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Once the project has been initiated or work has begun
- If project delays occur due to client-side issues (lack of communication, delayed content, etc.)
- Change of mind after project commencement
- Completed or substantially completed work
- Services that include consultation, planning, or strategy
Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be issued:
- If a project is canceled after partial completion
- Refund amount will be calculated based on work completed and resources used
Revisions Instead of Refunds
We prioritize client satisfaction and offer revisions based on the agreed scope. Refunds will not replace revision requests unless explicitly justified.
Payment Disputes
Clients are encouraged to contact us before initiating any payment dispute. We aim to resolve issues professionally and fairly.
